The hotel is located in the heart of the city, on what seemed to be a main street or avenue. It is in an area that is seemingly calm, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist guests. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options, including traditional South American fruits and dishes. The hotel also boasts a pool and good internet service.
The restaurant and bar offerings were limited and could be improved.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the availability of hot water in the shower. the hotel is centrally located and easy to access, which made it convenient for me during my business trip. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The decor of the rooms was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. the staff wasn't very well-informed about reservations, which caused some confusion upon check-in.

Located in a seemingly calm area, this hotel is in the center of all that. Situated on the ocean it offers beautiful views. the room and bathroom are very clean, and the service is welcoming. the breakfast buffet is rich in both South American and Western food. the pool is relaxing and not too crowded, and the hotel provides excellent housekeeping service.
One of the restaurant options is not as good as expected.

This hotel was a great place to stay for the weekend! The room was really clean and spacious, and I loved that they had complementary breakfast and a pool. The location was also really convenient, close to a shopping center and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always ready to help with any questions or needs we had.
The only downside was that the hotel didn't seem to have a clear reservation system, which was a bit confusing and stressful. It would have been nice to have that organized better.
